職位介紹 :SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 : 1. To assist in assessing, analyzing, distributing and filing the daily flow of information to and from the office 協助評價,分析,分配,歸檔每日辦公室的所有相關信息 2. To adhere the food and beverage office filing systems as stipulated by the Director of Food and Beverage 餐飲辦公室的文件內容整理歸檔 3. To assist a completing the administrative and secretarial functions in the food and beverage office 幫助完整的管理秘書指責在餐飲辦公室 4. To handle the daily flow of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and messages 接聽每日來電和記錄相關信息 5. To be familiar with all in house facilities and special food and beverage promotions and to be able to handle guest inquiries and complaints 熟悉酒店內部設備及餐飲部相關食物及飲料的推廣活動,解決客戶的咨詢和投訴 6. Producing all in house printed menu matters as requested by Director of Food and Beverage 根據總監的要求,制作打印部門菜單 7. To be familiar with emergency, safety and first aid procedures 熟悉緊急情況,安全措施和提供幫助的相關標準 8. To behave at all times in a manner which projects a good company image to staff and guests alike 在任何時候都有禮貌,給客戶及員工留有良好的印象 9. Assists with organization of associates meetings and functions 協助組織部門員工會 10. Maintain a cleaning office 保持辦公室清潔衛生 11. Must follow the grooming standards of the hotel at all times 必須遵守酒店的儀容儀表要求 12. Follow the monthly attendance record as per the requested of HR department 根據人力資源部的要求,完成月度考勤紀錄表 13. Fill out the Purchasing order, store requisition form, petty cash for all related outlets 協助餐飲部所有相關部門填寫采購單,倉庫申請單及現金申請單 14. Follow up all the training topic according to HR requests and make sure that all relevant people attend training as foreseen by the management 根據人力資源部的培訓課程,督促餐飲部的所有員工準時參加各項培訓 15. Make the meeting minutes for F&B meeting 為餐飲部的會議制作會議紀要 16. Must be all times show a positive approach to the position, when dealing with all members of staff and management alike 隨時以積極的態度處理一切事物 17. Support the Director of food and beverage wherever is needed 餐飲總監需要時提供及時地提供幫助 18. Assists the Executive Chef in output of menus and recipes 協助行政總廚制定菜單和食譜 19. Checks daily events and keeps outlet kitchens concerned well informed of all adjustments (additions, changes, and cancellations) 檢查日常的宴會活動,確保及時通知廚房進行調整 20. Needs to be mature and self-confident.
